Statera is a growing management consulting startup founded in 2022 by former leaders from established Consulting companies (Deloitte, PwC) and aims at solving one of the biggest challenges and business cases in recent years: Connected Planning. Statera is a Latin word that stands for balance, worth, or quality. These are important values that we want to reflect in our day-to-day professional lives.

To continue serving our ever-growing Client portfolio (which counts many industry leaders to date), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Planning Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert consulting services to our clients in the areas of supply chain planning and optimization. Assignments range from strategic reviews, roadmap definition, process and governance model definition as well as modelling and analytics (of which demand planning and inventory optimization).

What working at Statera means:

  • Startup feeling – You will have the opportunity to shape a promising company in the very exciting & new-gen field of Connected Planning. At Statera, nothing is established; instead, we look for entrepreneurial and bright minds to drive growth with us.

  • Opportunities for innovation – We aim to be the management consulting startup that focuses on Connected Planning; this means that we are constantly challenging what we do and how we do it and are open to finding new and innovative ways to solve problems. If your idea is interesting to our Planning Excellence ecosystem, we’re open to consider spin-offs – you could be your own CEO faster than you think!
  • Sense of impact – Connected Planning is great. But embedding Sustainability in Connected Planning is even more important. At Statera, we try to create something unique: we embed Sustainability challenges in every Connected Planning project we do.
